Installations and Commissioning:
Our technically well experienced Engineers are skilled in installing all Marine Electrical, Electronic, LSA, GMDSS Communication Equipment, Gyros, Echo sounders, Speed logs, Radars including ARPA, Fish finders & Sonar sets, DG sets. Cranes, Monitoring & Alarm Systems, DGPS, Tide Gauges, Current Meters, Anemometers, Solar Marine Navigational & Beacon lights etc.
Repair and Maintenance:
Repair and Maintenance is another specific feature of MJR Corporations where the customer is absolutely enjoys the freedom of responsibility towards it's equipments since MJR Corporations is there to take care and maintain the systems.
Supply of Spare Parts:
We offer Spare parts for most makes and types of Main Propulsion Engines, Auxiliary Engines and Auxiliary equipment such as pumps, compressors and purifiers. We deal in spare parts equipment manufactured in Japan, USA and European countries.
Knowledge is a Cost saving tool-Our collective experience more than 15 years in active ship management gives us a real insight into the actual sources of the spares, thus removing the usual multi layers of middlemen. This helps us to keep the costs low and quality reliable. Our parts experience as Sea-going engineers and shore based technical managers, give us an edge to identify the priority of a particular. We believe in "Customer satisfaction by efficient service".
New Spare Parts: We are able to supply New Ship's Spare Parts from Makers, Original Equipment Manufactures and their sub- contractors. But in each case our sources are time tested and proven manufactures, where quality is never sacrificed.
Second Hand Spare Parts: More than 500 vessels are being annually demolished around the world. Most vessels are sent for demolition due to price of steel renewal for structural reasons or commercial reasons such as fuel efficiency etc. Several categories of equipment onboard the vessels being demolished have a useful residual life remaining. Our team of qualified Marine Engineers and skilled technicians identify these parts in good condition, unused parts and reconditioned parts. These parts are then carefully removed from the scrap vessel and brought to our workshop for thorough inspection.
Using our first hand knowledge and contacts with demolition yards in India, Bangladesh, China and other areas we are able to respond to most enquires for second Hand equipment and Spare parts ranging from complete Engines, Generator sets to Communication and Navigation Equipment through all types of Engine room machinery to Deck and Mooring equipment. We supply these used parts directly to the ship owners as well to the Industry leaders in the field of equipment re-conditioning. Depending upon the requirement, we are able to Overhaul and recondition these parts before dispatching to vessels. We are also able to arrange Class Certification on Second hand parts.
Reconditioned Equipment and Components:
In our warehouse in India we maintain large stocks of Reconditioned equipment and spare parts with class certification.
Consultancy:
Our experienced Chief Engineers, Ex-Naval Officers and Marine technical staffs are able to provide marine consultancy service for all requirements and eventualities covering condition surveys. Pre purchase inspections. Damage Surveys etc.
Class Certification and Surveying:
MJR Corporations due to its sound technical base. The company is licensed to perform Marine Radio Telephone. Marine Telegraphy and GMDSS for the classification societies like DNV (DET NORSKE VERITAS) and BV (BUREAU VERITAS)
